Planes, Boats, and Cars. What more is there?

Recently I've been thinking about changing my major to Mechanical Engineering. It's a hard major and I'd have to really get on top of things, but I think I could do it. I like art, and I enjoyed my Calculus class this past semester. It was actually my favorite class! Some of you may be thinking, "Where is this coming from? I've heard her complaining and yelling about how terrible Calculus is!"

Well.....I'll let you in on something. I overreact. I exaggerate things. When I'm upset, I get really really upset. There's no middle ground for me. It's all or nothing. So, when I was not liking Calculus, I really hated it passionately. But I got over it and now look back and have good memories because really, it wasn't THAT bad. For the most part..haha.

Since I like Math and it was pretty much the only thing I felt good and comfortable with by the end of the semester and I like using my creative juices to make things, Mechanical Engineering came to mind. There is always Civil Engineering as well, but that may not be as exciting since its more bridges, roads, canals, dams, buildings....etc. But Mechanical Engineering...now that's completely different. I'd get to build machines of all sorts, planes, boats, robots, surgical machines, cars...etc. There'd be an area I'd specialize in of course, but I'm not sure what that would be at the moment.

So that is what's happening on my side of the town. I'll probably change it within the next few months...haha. I mean, really, it takes A LOT of physics to be a mechanical engineer. And I'm not very happy about that....
